- Metabolic assessment: Help determine where road blocks are occurring in the body. This is where we start to connect the dots!
- 90 minute consultation: Deep dive into your health history and your goals. I’ll help determine where we should start, and how we will get to the finish line together.
- Three 30 minute weekly follow ups: These will be check ins so we can measure how you are doing, what we need to change, or just a time to check in and talk it out!
- Customized recommendations: Meal plans, lifestyle recommendations and personalized coaching to boot!
