A bit about me: I’m an east-coaster moved west. I currently reside in colorful Colorado, and I love road trips, Chipotle, bubbly water, and college basketball (go Terps!).

Hi, I’m Natalie and I want you to be obsessed with yourself. I still want you to be a nice, kind, caring person, but I want you to be the most confident version of yourself and know what it’s like to feel at home in your body.
I always say I didn’t choose nutrition, it choose me. I was born with food allergies, but also deep appreciation for flavors that had me ordering shrimp cocktail and chicken fajitas off the menu by age 3. This was a problem for obvious reasons, but also a blessing in disguise.
Here’s the thing, I was told to stay away from certain foods ( a lot of them and they happened to all be DELICIOUS) but, I wasn’t told why. No one filled me in on the side effects that eating foods you were allergic to, or not knowing how to identify what could be an allergy, does to your body and brain.
Long story short, I spent a lot of time being a sick, muted version of myself. But, I finally got sick of being sick. I was sick of years rashes, the endless stomach aches, the non pregnant pregnant looking belly, the sleepless nights, brain fog, mood swings, weight gain and a general lack of understanding of my own body. The fact that food, the very thing that is supposed to keep us alive was working against me was beyond frustrating. I went to endless doctors and followed all of their prescriptions to no avail. I decided I needed to take matters into my own hands to find answers once and for all.
I went back to school to study Nutrition Therapy (aka Holistic Nutrition) and got the answers I was looking for. These days I’m putting my knowledge to use to help others find answers to issues they haven’t been able to get answers to before.
Getting to the root cause of my issues helped me:
The second I found my school, it was a no brainer that I wanted to help people the same way the information I had learned during school helped me, so here we are! It’s my mission to help people feel STRONG, and POWERFUL in their bodies. I believe that we are all deserving and capable of the changes we want to make to bring our best selves forward, to stop trying to conform to larger ideals of what we “should” be, and to be unabashedly (but humbly!) be obsessed with what we have created.
