The fastest way to get to where you want to be is by going back to what our mama (earth!) gave us. Rediscovering how to incorporate real, whole foods into our diet is the single most powerful step we can take. Without getting too carried away on the woo woo train, eating foods that are chemical, preservative and box free will help rewire our taste buds to nourish our bodies with what we truly need to thrive.

Get to the Bottom of It
Curiosity is key. Asking questions and getting to the root cause is what we’re all about. There are no temporary band-aids here.
We encourage you to understand why we’re asking you to do make the changes we recommend. We encourage you to take a peek under the covers to see what beliefs or habits are fueling your behaviors. We encourage you to not just be OK with treating the symptom, but working through the entire process to find the real issue.
Our work together will probably look a lot like a 100 piece puzzle to find just the right combination of answers that work for you.
Be a Good Listener
Time to put our listening cap back on to get in tune with what really works for YOUR body. The relationship between you and your body is the most important one you can have. Our bodies are always in communication with us, but somewhere along the way we may have decided to stop listening. Because our bodies can’t use the language we’re used to, it often expresses dis-ease through symtpoms like rashes, stomach upset, insomnia, mood swings, etc. It’s time to establish our connection with our body so we can be present to the messages it’s giving us.
This applies to emotional eating too. Learning how to be in conversation with your habits and cravings can provide deep insight into what you are actually craving, whether it be from yourself, life or releasing old beliefs.
Keep it Simple
Not to sound too cliche, but… Rome wasn’t built in a day (there we said it!). Change happens slowly, and that’s just the way we think it should be.
We don’t subscribe to perfection. We ask you to be easy on yourself and do what you can while getting your body and mind back to center. Healthy doesn’t have to be gourmet meals 7 days a week, in fact, it doesn’t even have to be one (think canned tuna, they ate that in Rome, right?).
We support the mess, in and outside of the kitchen. Our goal is to make healthy easy and do-able for you.
