Hi, I’m Natalie. I’m a Nutrition Therapist Practitioner on a mission to help you better connect with your body through food and mindfulness.
Think of me as your coach, your teacher, your food guide, and most importantly your professional best friend all wrapped into one package. Together we’ll figure out how to nourish your body, mind and soul to bring the most vibrant version of you to the surface.
You deserve to be living your best life. And guess what? It all starts in your stomach — weird but true. I created Happy Belly Wellness because I’m devoted to helping you completely nourish and love your body from the inside out. The phrase “you are what you eat” is a common one, but a more accurate version goes something like “you are what you digest”. Many people don’t realize it, but what you eat and drink not only affects you physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. That means making sure your body is firing on all cylinders, from not only the foods you’re choosing, but the thoughts you are choosing as well.
With my help, a little science, eating psychology, whole food and supplementation education, and lifestyle coaching you’ll walk away with a totally sustainable solution to your health and happiness.
